SCSI Probleme mit AHA 1542CF

Hallo,

Ich habe in meinem Rechner eine Adaptec AHA-1542CF SCSI-Karte
eingebaut, kriege sie unter Linux aber einfach nicht zum Laufen.
Wenn ich das Modul über >>insmod aha1542<< laden möchte kommen nur
folgende Meldungen:

Configuring Adaptec (SCSI-ID 7) at IO:330, IRQ 0 ,DMA priority 5
scsi0: Adaptec 1542
scsi: 1 host.
aha1542.c: Unable to abort command for target 0
aha1542.c: Trying device reset for target 0
aha1542.c: Unable to abort command for target 0
sent BUS RESET to scsi host 0
aha2542.c: Unable to abort command for target 0
aha2542.c: Unable to abort command for target 0
...

am Ende (nach ca. 30 Minuten) kann ich trotzdem nicht auf meine
SCSI-Festplatte (Fujitsu M1606SAU) zugreifen. Von DOS aud geht das
ohne Probleme.
Ich habe den Kernel 2.2.14 (aha1542 als Modul), das System läuft auf
einem Pentium 120 mit 64 MB Ram.
